Zurlux Technologies Private Limited is a product company incorporated in Pune, Maharashtra on 1 July 2026. We build reliability software for enterprise infrastructure teams — starting with PatchMortem, an automated patch remediation platform for Indian BFSI enterprises.

Why we started

Enterprise patch management has a dirty secret: the tools that deploy patches do not handle failures. SCCM, Intune, and Ansible will all tell you a patch failed. None of them tell you why, and none of them will put the server back the way it was.

In regulated environments — Indian banks, insurance companies, NBFCs — this gap has consequences. A failed patch on a production cluster means an outage. An outage during a change window means a compliance finding. A compliance finding means an RBI audit observation. The chain is well understood. The tooling to break it did not exist.

We built PatchMortem to close that gap. Automated classification, automated rollback, and a cryptographic audit trail that an RBI inspector can read without logging into your infrastructure.

What we believe

Infrastructure work is judged on the nights it goes wrong. The teams who manage patch estates at Indian banks are not looking for more dashboards — they are looking for fewer 2 a.m. calls. That is what we build for.

We do not oversell capability. If something is not built, we say so. If a rollback is not safe, PatchMortem says so and stops. We would rather lose a deal than make a promise we cannot keep in a production environment.

How we operate

Small, senior, hands on. Engineers who have run enterprise patching estates, where every design decision is checked against how the work is actually done at 2 a.m. Monitoring tells you something broke; we build the layer that tells you what broke it, what to do about it, and then does it — with a record of every decision.

Our buyers are banking, insurance, healthcare and manufacturing teams, and the MSPs who patch on their behalf. Environments where a missed rollback becomes a compliance finding.

Regulatory alignment

PatchMortem is built specifically for the Indian regulatory environment — RBI IT Framework 2023, SEBI Cyber Security Circular, and IRDAI Information Security Guidelines. All customer data is stored and processed in AWS ap-south-1 (Mumbai). We are working toward SOC 2 Type I certification and will publish the report when it is complete.
