Small team. Real systems. No theatre.
We're a small, senior team in Pune building reliability software for enterprise infrastructure. If you've held the pager during a change window, you already understand the problem we're solving.
What it's actually like.
Senior by default
No layers to route around. The people designing the product are the people who've run the estates it's built for.
Correctness over demos
We build for 2 a.m., not for the pitch. Where a rollback isn't safe, our software stops and asks a human — and so do we.
Regulated-grade rigour
Our buyers are banks and insurers. That discipline — evidence, audit, least privilege — is how we work internally too.
Right now.
No public listings at the moment
We're growing from two founders to a ~50-person team over the next 12 months, but we hire deliberately and don't post roles we're not ready to fill. We always want to hear from strong infrastructure and platform engineers — especially anyone who has run enterprise Windows/Linux patching at scale.
Think you'd fit?
Tell us what you've run, what broke, and how you fixed it. That's more useful to us than a CV.
