What we look for
Engineers
Python, Go, TypeScript. AWS. You have run something in production and you know what breaks. Experience with enterprise patching environments is a strong signal.
Enterprise Sales
You have sold infrastructure software to Indian BFSI firms. You understand how CISOs and VP IT Ops make decisions, and you know which conversation to have with which person.
Customer Success
You understand enterprise IT operations well enough to sit in a post-incident review and add something. You help customers get results, not just adoption.
How we work
- Pune-based. In-person by default for the founding team period.
- Small team means every person owns a meaningful surface area from day one.
- We do not do performative process. Decisions are made with the people who have to implement them.
- Competitive compensation benchmarked against Indian B2B SaaS companies at Series A scale.
- ESOPs for early joiners.
