Rakesh Sakat
Rakesh built PatchMortem end-to-end — 15 microservices, the AI classifier, the HMAC audit chain, and 17 dashboard pages. He brings deep expertise across AWS architecture, Python FastAPI, Go, Next.js, Terraform, Pinecone, and PostgreSQL.
His background spans Wintel and Windows Server administration across large managed estates, systems engineering and Azure administration in hybrid environments, and technical project leadership through CAB approvals and change windows at enterprise scale.
He architected PatchMortem's full security hardening — 38 security gaps resolved, PostgreSQL row-level security, mTLS, AWS Secrets Manager integration, and GuardDuty threat detection across the AWS Organisation.
Pranjali Patil
Pranjali leads operations, compliance strategy, and go-to-market for the Indian BFSI enterprise market. She brings a deep understanding of the Indian regulatory environment — RBI IT Framework, SEBI Cyber Security Circular, and IRDAI Information Security Guidelines — that shapes every product decision at Zurlux.
Her focus is translating complex infrastructure tooling into language that resonates with CISOs, VP IT Operations, and compliance teams at Indian banks and insurance companies — the buyers who need to trust PatchMortem before their teams deploy it.
She leads business development, customer success, and partner relationships — ensuring every enterprise engagement is grounded in the realities of how Indian BFSI IT teams actually operate.
